We started this local group knowing we had a long term commitment to Haiti. We also knew many other Kids Against Hunger groups had that same commitment. With the combined efforts of many dedicated individuals, we have responded to the events in Haiti this year. Some of our food from the September event went to Haiti in December, all of our food from the first 3 events in 2010 is on its way there. February 27th, 2010 community event We raised $5,230 We packed 87 boxes, that's 17,226 meals April 18th, 2010 Barnum Community United Methodist Youth Group They raised $1,700 They packed 38 boxes, that's 7,524 meals April 28th, 2010 Hope Lutheran Youth They raised $1,200 They packed 8,449 meals Check back soon for details on shipping all of that food to Haiti Where did the food from the first event go?
